It appears that petitioner's claim regarding denial of selection grade as well as other dues admissible to him, is engaging attention of the District Inspector of Schools, who has also issued a direction on 1.3.2018 to the Principal/ Manager of the institution for needful action.
Grievance is that despite all such directions issued, entitlement of the petitioner is not being examined and he is being denied the dues admissible to him, as per law.
In the facts and circumstances of the present case, noticed above, it would be appropriate to dispose of this petition with a direction upon the respondent no. 3 to examine petitioner's grievance and take appropriate decision, as may be warranted in law, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the committee of management of the institution, within a further period of three months from the date of presentation of certified copy of this order.
