Pursuant to the orders passed on 15th February, 2019, learned Standing Counsel has obtained instructions, according to which, the petitioner's claim for transfer has been rejected on 18th February, 2019, on the ground that the vacant post since has already been requisitioned for being filled up by direct recruitment to the Board, as such the transfer would be impermissible. A copy of the order dated 18th February, 2019 has been furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner today in Court.
Leaving it open for the petitioner to pursue his remedy, against the order dated 18th February, 2019, before the appropriate forum in accordance with law, this petition is consigned to records.
