Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents.
Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 states that subject to verification of all facts including whether the orders passed under Section 122-B of the U.P.Z.A. & L.R. Act, 1950 have attained finality and that no application for recall or appeals are pending at the behest of the aggrieved person, the State shall as in duty-bound take steps to ensure that those orders are duly enforced and encroachments removed with notice to the private respondents and other affected persons.
Accordingly, this petition stands disposed of in light of the statement noted above.
