Present petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to decide the application dated 5.6.2021 filed by the petitioner.
It is not in dispute that the election has already taken place and the result has also been declared.
In such view of the matter, present petition is totally misconceived and the same is hereby dismissed.
The petitioner is at liberty to avail other statutory remedy as may be available to him, if so advised.
