Heard counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel as well as Shri M.N. Singh, learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondents.
The petitioner has preferred the present petition inter-alia with the following prayers:-
"A. issue a writ order or direction in he nature of Mandamus directing the respondent No. 3 for to supply the cut of mark to the petitioner in respect of subject Biology which was fixed in advertisement no. A-1/E-1/2018 advertised on 15.03.2018 for making appointment on the post of Assistant Teacher T.G.T.
B. issue a writ order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondent No. 3 to supply the necessary information demanded by the petitioner under R.T.I. Act, vide application dated 03.09.2021."
Today when the matter is taken up, counsel for the respondents- commission placed before this Court the letter dated 25.11.2021 by which the information as has been sought by the petitioner has already been provided to him, the same is taken on record and copy also provided to the counsel for the petitioner.
In view of above, no further orders are required to be passed.
Accordingly, the present writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
