The applicant is before this Court for a direction to initiate contempt proceeding against the opposite party for wilful disobedience of the order dated 09.12.2020 passed in Writ A No. 11354 of 2020 (Ashok Kumar Vs. State of U.P. and others).
It reveals from perusal of the contempt application itself that in compliance the order of Writ Court, a decision has already been taken by the opposite party on 07.04.2021, copy of the same is also appended as Annexure No.8 to the contempt application.
In this view of the matter, this court is of the opinion that since the order of the Writ Court has already been complied with, therefore, no order is required to be passed in the matter.
Accordingly, the present contempt application is dismissed.
In case, the applicant is still aggrieved with the aforesaid order, he has a liberty to challenge the same before appropriate forum.
