Against the order impugned in this petition rejecting his objection with respect to correctness of the bill, petitioner has a remedy of approaching the Electricity Consumer Redressal Forum under Clause 7.10 of the Electricity Supply Code, 2005.
In view of the existence of statutory remedy, we are not inclined to entertain the writ petition and the same accordingly stands dismissed. It is left open to the petitioner to avail alternative remedy in case, he is so advised.
