CCCA.No.137 of 2004 has been filed against Judgment and Decree, dated 27-02-2004, in OS.No.293 of 2001, on the file of the Court of the learned XI Additional Civil Judge, City Civil Court (Fast Track Court) at Hyderabad.
Pending CCCA.No.137 of 2004, the appellants have filed CCCAMP.No.182 of 2014 seeking permission of the Court to withdraw the said appeal. In the affidavit, filed in support of the said application, the appellants have stated that, with the intervention of their family elders and local people, they have vacated the suit schedule property and given the possession thereof to the respondents. Therefore, they sought for permission of the Court to withdraw CCCA.No.137 of 2004.
In view of the same, CCCAMP.No.182 of 2014 is allowed and CCCA.No.137 of 2004 is dismissed as withdrawn.
