Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the respondent no.1.
The petitioner claims to be owner of plot no.290 situate in village Utrazpur, Pargana Kariyatdost, District Jaunpur having an area of 0.131 hectare.
The petitioner filed objection numbered as Case No.146TB under Section 9A(2) of Consolidation of Holdings Act before the respondent no.1 Consolidation Officer which is now numbered as Case No.1694.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the objection is pending since 2012 and more than six years have passed but his objection has not been decided. He further submits that general dates have been given by the Consolidation Officer which is evident from the order- sheet annexed as Annexure-2 to the writ petition.
In view of the aforesaid fact, without adverting anything on the merit of the case and with the consent of the parties, the writ petition is disposed of with the direction to the respondent no.1 Consolidation Officer, Ram Nagar Badsara II, District Jaunpur to decide the aforesaid objection of the petitioner within a period of six months from the date of production of certified copy of this order before him.
