JUDGMENT / ORDER

Court No. - 40
Case :- MATTERS UNDER ARTICLE 227 No. - 5719 of 2019 Petitioner :- Ashok Kumar Respondent :- The Civil Judge And 19 Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Rajendra Kumar Singh
Hon'ble Manoj Kumar Gupta,J.
The prayer made in the instant petition is for issuing direction to the trial court to decide Original Suit No.131 of 2013 filed by the petitioner alongwith one other person against the defendant- respondents, within a specified time frame.
A perusal of the order sheet reveals that although service on the defendants has been held to be sufficient but still time is being granted for filing of written statement/settlement of issues.
Having regard to the fact that the suit is of the year 2013, the instant petition is disposed of with direction to the trial court to decide the suit expeditiously, by fixing short dates and without granting unnecessary adjournments to the parties.
