The instant writ petition has been filed by the petitioner invoking the extra ordinary jurisdiction of this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India with a prayer to quash the first information report dated 30.6.2019 bearing Case Crime No. 118 of 2019, under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 406, 409 and 120-B I.P.C., Police Station Pawara, district Jaunpur.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he does not want to press this petition and the same may be dismissed as not pressed.
The learned A.G.A. has no objection to the prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
In view of the above, the writ petition is accordingly dismissed.
