JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard learned counsel for the applicant.
The present contempt application has been filed for punishing the respondent for his deliberate disobedience of the order dated 4.7.2014 passed in civil misc. writ petition no. 30869 of 2014.
Learned counsel for the applicant has drawn attention of this Court to annexure-5 to the affidavit, which is the order of writ court, whereby the respondent was directed to take decision on petitioner's representation by a reasoned and speaking order within a period of six weeks from the date of production of certified copy of the said order. Learned counsel for the applicant has further drawn attention of this Court to annexure-6 to the affidavit, which is the representation of the applicant send to the respondent, which was sent through speed-post. It is contended by the learned counsel for the applicant that reminder was also sent to the respondent on 20.8.2014, copy of which has been filed as annexure-8 to the affidavit, which was also receipted in the office of respondent on the same day and inspite of the same the order of writ court has not been complied with.
This Court takes very serious view in the matter. The respondent is bound by the order of this Court and in case he does not comply with the directions of the writ court within a period of two months from the date of receipt of this order, without any reasonable cause, the Court would have no option but to proceed against him under the Contempt of Courts Act.
The applicant shall supply a duly stamped registered envelope addressed to the respondent and another self-addressed stamped envelope to the office within two weeks from today. The office shall send a copy of this order along with the self addressed envelope of the applicant with a copy of contempt application to the opposite party within three weeks from today and keep a record thereof.
The respondent shall comply with the directions of the writ court and intimate him of the order through the self addressed envelope within a week thereafter.
In case the respondent does not comply with the aforesaid direction, it would be open to the applicant to approach this Court again.
With the above directions, this application is disposed of.
