Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri Gyanendra Kumar Dwivedi who has filed his memo of appearance on behalf of respondent no. 1 which is taken on record.
It is the case of the petitioner that certain dues relating to arrears of salary, medical allowance, gratuity and leave encashment remained to be paid by the respondent no. 3. He has already made several representations with regard to his grievance to the respondents no. 3 which have gone unattended.
Accordingly, without entering into the controversy raised, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent no. 3 (Development Commissioner (Handicrafts), Ministry of Textiles/Chairman, Metal Handicrafts Service Centre, New Delhi) to look into the grievance of the petitioner and pass appropriate reasoned and speaking order thereon within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
In case certain dues are found admissible to the petitioner, the same shall be paid to him within a further of one month.
