Petitioner is aggrieved by an order of suspension passed against the petitioner on 20.3.2018. It is alleged that suspension cannot be allowed to continue for an indefinite period. It is also pointed out that a charge sheet has been issued to the petitioner, to which a reply has also been submitted, but the enquiry proceedings have not been concluded so far.
In the facts and circumstances, noticed above, this writ petition stands disposed of with a direction upon the institution concerned to ensure that disciplinary enquiry initiated against the petitioner is concluded, in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of presentation of certified copy of this order.
