Learned Standing Counsel submits that the order of the Writ Court has stood complied with even affidavit has also placed before this Court which is taken on record.
From perusal the order of the Writ Court, it transpires that representation of the petitioner was directed to be decided by passing appropriate order and the Writ Court had not entertained the claim of the petitioner on merit.
Once a decision has been taken by the competent authority by passing the order on 4.10.2021, in the considered opinion of the Court the order of the Writ Court has stood complied with.
In view of above, this Court finds that no cause of action survives in the present contempt application. Accordingly, the same is consigned to record. Notices issued, if any, stand discharged.
The petitioner is at liberty to challenge the decision by instituting appropriate proceedings at appropriate forum.
