JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard Sri Abhishek Dwivedi, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents.
By means of this writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for the following reliefs:-
"(i) To issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opposite parties to grant selection grade and first promotion pay scale to the petitioner as per the provisions of Government order dated 02.12.2000, contained in Annexure No.1 to the writ petition.
(ii) To issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opposite parties to correct/ modify the benefit of Assured Career Progressions of the petitioner granted to him vide order dated 13.05.2019 issued by the Director and order dated 24.06.2019 passed by the Principal, the actual benefit of A.C.P. after calculating his amount selection grade and first promotion scale the same may be granted to the petitioner.
(iii) To issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opposite parties to grant regular salary/ arrears of salary to petitioner from the date of his initial appointment i.e. 16.11.1992 till his regularisation i.e. 19.08.2005 on the principles of equal work in compliance of interim order dated10.01.1997 passed in Writ Petition No.40803 of 1996.
(iv) To issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opposite parties to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 25.09.2019, as contained in Annexure No.12 to the writ petition."
For the aforesaid claim, petitioner has already submitted his representation dated 25th September, 2019 sent through speed post. At present learned counsel for petitioner restricts his prayer for a decision with regard to the same.
Considering the innocuous prayer being made by learned counsel for petitioner and without entering into merits of case, petitioner is granted liberty to file a fresh representation taking all the pleas available to petitioner before the opposite party No.2. In case such a representation is made, the opposite party No.2 i.e. The Director, Training and Employment, Technical Education (U.P.), Directorate Training & Employment (U.P.) Basmandi Chauraha, U.P. Lucknow shall take a decision thereupon by speaking and reasoned order within a period of six weeks from the date a copy of this order is produced before him.
With the aforesaid observations, the petition stands disposed of.
