JUDGMENT / ORDER

Having perused the allegations made in the writ petition, we desire that the respondent District Magistrate- Pilibhit should file his personal affidavit after getting an enquiry conducted into the matter and file a response before this Court within six weeks from the date of presentation of a copy of this order before him.
The learned Standing Counsel shall also intimate the District Magistrate about this order. Failure to respond shall be viewed seriously by this Court.
