This application has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to direct the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Firozabad to expedite and conclude the proceedings of Case Crime No. 12 of 2006 Case No. 2915 of 2006 State Versus Santosh and others under sections 498-A,323 I.P.C. and section 3/4 of D.P. Act P.S. Tundla district Firozabad.
The submission is that the proceedings of Case Crime No. 12 of 2006 Case No. 2915 of 2006 State Versus Santosh and others under sections 498-A,323 I.P.C. and section 3/4 of D.P. Act P.S. Tundla district Firozabad pending before the trial court. The complainant is not appearing before the trial court.
The court below is directed to conclude the trial within a period of one year from the date of production of a certified copy of this order before the court concerned.
