JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned AGA.
It is contended by learned counsel for the applicants that this case may be sent to Mediation Centre for the purpose of settlement between the parties for which the applicants are ready to deposit the cost. Considering the submission made by learned counsel for the applicants, it is directed that applicants shall deposit Rs. 10,000/- within two weeks from today in the account head of the Registrar General, Mediation and Conciliation Centre, High Court, Allahabad. In case the aforesaid amount is deposited the notice shall be issued to O.P. No.2 returnable within a period of four weeks. The two third of the above mentioned deposited amount shall be paid to the O.P. No.2 as expenses and this case shall be sent to Mediation Centre for further proceeding.
After proceedings of the Mediation Centre, list this case on 9.8.2010. Till then no coercive step shall be taken against the applicants in complaint case no. 2 of 1995 as well as case no. 1275 of 2010, Smt. Uma Vs. Ashok Patria and others, under Sections 498A, 323, 504, 506 and 352 IPC, P.S. Sainyar, District-Jhansi, pending in the court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jhansi, in case the receipt of the aforesaid deposited amount is filed before the court concerned.
