Learned Additional Government Advocate raised preliminary objection that this application under Section 482 Cr.P.C is not maintainable against the impugned notice dated 12.2.2019 issued by Secretary Land Management Committee/Lekhpal.
On the aforesaid preliminary objection, learned counsel for the applicant, at the very outset, submitted that he does not want to press this application and the same may be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh petition before the appropriate forum.
