Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for respondent nos. 1 and 2.
One Smt. Nisha Siddharth is the Gram Pradhan of the village Asmanpatti. The petitioner made a complaint against her working as she had misappropriated the Gaon Sabha fund. On the said complaint an inquiry has been instituted against her and has been entrusted to the Zila Krishi Raksha Adhikari, Jaunpur.
The grievance of the petitioner is that the aforesaid Inquiry Officer is not completing the inquiry and has deliberately delaying the same.
In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, we dispose of the writ petition with the direction to the Zila Krishi Raksha Adhikari, Jaunpur to proceed and complete the inquiry in accordance with law most expeditiously, if possible, within next three months.
The writ petition is disposed of.
