In response of the order dated 1.8.2019, Shri K.R. Singh, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel has placed detailed instructions dated 24.9.2019 and the same is taken on record. A copy of the instruction is given to learned counsel for the applicant.
On the basis of instructions, it is being apprised that admittedly, in response of the writ court order the applicant has been permitted to join his service. So far as arrears and other benefits are concerned, the same has also been extended and an amount of Rs.5,46,323/- has been credited in the account of the applicant. The same has also been brought on record alongwith the instructions.
Consequently, nothing further survives and the contempt application is disposed of.
