Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
Undisputedly against the order impugned, the petitioner has an alternative remedy of filing revision. Consequently this petition is dismissed on the ground of alternative remedy.
It is however, observed that in case a revision is filed within two weeks from today, the revisional authority shall endeavour to dispose of the same in accordance with law expeditiously and preferably within three months from the date of its presentation before the revisional authority.
