1. Heard learned counsel for petitioner and Shri Ajay Krishna appearing for the respondent Corporation.
2. Petitioner's grievance is that he was a junior engineer under the respondent No. 3. He retired on 31.12.2005 after rendering more than thirty years of service. Certain amount of arrears of pension have not been given to the petitioner although he is getting regular pension since February, 2016.
3. He has already made a representation before respondents No. 2 and 3 in this regard on 10.09.2018. The same has remained undisposed off.
4. Without entering into the merits of the controversy, this writ petition is disposed off with a direction to the respondent No. 2 to call for a report from the respondent No. 3 and then pass appropriate, reasoned and speaking order within a period of three months from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before the authority concerned.
