List has been revised. None appears to press this writ petition even though the learned Standing Counsel is present.
By means of the present writ petition, petitioner has,inter alia, sought relief that the respondents may be directed to pay the compensation to the petitioners in respect of the land in dispute at the rate of current valuation list published by the District Magistrate on 9.7.2012 within a stipulated period of time.
We have heard the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents and perused the record.
Having gone through the entire writ petition, we do not find any ground entitling the petitioner for grant of any of above relief. No interference, therefore, is called for.
The writ petition is accordingly dismissed.
Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
