Learned counsel for the petitioners has confined his prayer for a direction to first respondent to decide the representation of the petitioners dated 18.12.2017 forwarded by fourth respondent on 17.3.2018 within stipulated period.
Considering the facts and circumstances, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the issue and with the consent, the writ petition stands disposed of asking the first respondent to decide the aforesaid representation in accordance with law expeditiously and preferably within two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
