Petitioners are seeking revision of their pension in accordance with the applicable Government Orders. It appears that the Deputy Director i.e. respondent no. 6 had called upon the Executive Officer of the Nagar Palika Parishad to examine petitioners' claim and made necessary recommendations in that regard. According to petitioner such recommendations has been made vide Annexure-2 and the matter is now pending before respondent no. 4. Prayer is made in the writ petition to command the concerned respondent to examine petitioners' claim for revision of their pension.
Learned Standing Counsel as well as Sri Rahul Pandey, learned counsel appearing for respondent no. 7 submits that the petitioners' grievance would be examined by the authority concerned, in accordance with law.
In that view of the matter this petition stands disposed of with a direction upon respondent no. 4 to accord consideration upon petitioners' claim for revision of their pension in accordance with the applicable Government Orders, within a period of three months from the date of presentation of copy of this order.
The concerned Authority/Official shall verify the authenticity of computerized copy of this order from the official website of High Court Allahabad and shall act accordingly without waiting for submission of the certified copy of this order.
