Heard Sri Jitendra Kumar Chakraborty, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri A.R.Chaurasia, learned A.G.A. and perused the impugned F.I.R. as well as material brought on record.
This petition has been filed by the petitioner with a prayer that suitable direction may be issued to the authority concerned for ensuring fair investigation of two FIRs bearing:
1. FIR dated 18.6.2019 as Case crime no. 256 of 2019 under sections 323, 504, 506 I.P.C., police station Koraon, District Allahabad.
2. FIR dated 21.6.2019 as Case crime no. 262 of 2019 under sections 452, 323, 506, 427 I.P.C., police station Koraon, District Allahabad.
From the perusal of the record it reveals that the petitioner is the first informant of the abovementioned cases. In case the petitioner is having any grievance with regard to the investigation of the abovementioned cases, the same may be raised before the S.S.P. Allahabad, who shall look into the matter so that fair and expeditious investigation of the abovementioned case may be ensured.
It is further directed that the S.S.P., Allahabad shall supervise the investigation and ensure that the same is completed speedly without any undue delay and police report be submitted before the court concerned expeditiously preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order before him.
With the above directions this petition is finally disposed of.
