1. Sri Komal Mehrotra, learned counsel for the applicant. Sri Janardan Prakash, learned AGA for the State.
2. By way of this application, applicant has prayed for a direction to the Judicial Magistrate, Ghaziabad to decide Case No. 7442 of 2014 (Old No. 10260 of 2012), State Vs. Ashok Kumar Jauhari, arising out of Case Crime No. 381 of 2012 under sections 279, 337, 304A IPC, police station - Kavinagar, District - Ghaziabad within a stipulated time.
3. This prayer is not opposed by learned AGA.
4. In view of such facts, this application can be disposed of with a direction to Judicial Magistrate, Ghaziabad to decide the aforesaid case of the applicant on its own merits, as expeditiously as possible, if possible, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of computer downloaded copy in PDF form of this order strictly in accordance with law.
5. In above terms, the application is disposed of.
6. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.
