Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the State respondents.
Present petition has been filed with a prayer that the court below be directed to decide restoration case no. 99/2012 in 133 of 2004 and in Original Suit No. 854/2001 (Saroj vs. Raj Kumari) within stipulated period.
Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that earlier restoration application was rejected in the year 2012 and the same again was filed.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, the present petition is finally disposed of with the direction to the court below to expedite the hearing of the aforesaid application and decide the same, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
With the aforesaid observations/ directions, the present petition is finally disposed of.
