ORDER: (Per the Hon’ble The Chief Justice Sri Kalyan Jyoti Sengupta) Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, we are of the view that the petitioners have got an effective alternative remedy under the statute. At this stage, we are unable to entertain the writ petition.
Hence, the writ petition is dismissed. However, liberty is given to the petitioners to avail such alternative remedy.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
