The prayer made in the instant petition is for issuing direction to the executing court to decide Execution Case No.3 of 2000 as well as Misc. Case No.10 of 2018, expeditiously.
The petitioners are executing the decree passed in Original Suit No.724 of 1987.
According to learned counsel for the petitioners, Misc. Case No.10 of 2018 has been registered on basis of application filed by the petitioners for delivery of possession in terms of order dated 12.05.2011. The judgment debtors have filed objections against the same dated 06.02.2018.
Having regard to the fact that the execution case is pending since a long time, the executing court is directed to decide the misc. case, expeditiously, by fixing short dates and without granting unnecessary adjournments.
The petition stands disposed of.
