Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned standing counsel for the State - respondent.
Although, this petition assails an order of suspension bearing in mind the nature of allegations which are levelled, this Court finds no granting warranting interference with the order of suspension. However, while refusing to entertain the challenge to the order of suspension, this petition shall stand disposed of with a direction to the respondents to conclude the disciplinary proceedings, which are contemplated with expedition and preferably within a period of three months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order.
The aforesaid direction is subject to the petitioner cooperating in the inquiry and not taking any unnecessary adjournments.
