JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A.
This application has been filed with a prayer to quash the proceeding in case Crime No. 117 of 2009 under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 I.P.C. and 8/10 Sarvajanik Nsakal Virodhi Adhiniyam, P.S. Rampur Karkhana, District Deoria, which is pending in the Court of CJM, Room No. 17, Deoria arising out in the case No. 2803 of 2009.
From the perusal of the record, it appears that charge sheet submitted by the I.O. prima facie, offence is made out . There is no illegality in the charge sheet and in taking cognizance by learned court below. There is no good ground for quashing the proceeding of the above mentioned case. Therefore, the prayer for quashing the proceeding is refused.
However, considering the facts and circumstances of the case, it is directed that applicant shall appearing before the court concerned within 20 days from today and in case the applicant moves the application for bail on the day of the appearance, the same shall be heard and disposed of expeditiously, if possible, same day by the courts below.
With this direction this application is finally disposed of.
