JUDGMENT / ORDER

Report No. Jud/17 of 2011 filed today annexing the copy of letter of the District Magistrate, Mathura dated 7.1.2011 wherein it has been informed that as per the report of Tehsildar, the property sought for possession, does not stand in the name of Burman Plantation but it stands in the name of one of the Directors of Barman Garments Private Limited.
Sri Raj Nath Shukla, learned counsel for the Official Liquidator, states that the documents, namely, khasra and khatauni reveal that the property stands in the name of Burman Garments through Directors and not in the name of Directors of Burman Garment. He submitted that some time may be allowed to investigate the matter afresh.
List after two months.
