Heard Shri Sanjay Kumar Tiwari, learned counsel for the petitioner.
The respondent filed original suit No.2951 of 2014 (Ram Pratap Tripathi Vs. Ashok Kumar) and obtained an ex-parte interim injunction on 12.11.2016. The petitioner has filed application for vacating the aforesaid interim injunction but neither his objections are being considered nor interim injunction application is being finally decided.
In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petition is disposed with direction to the court concerned to proceed and decide the interim injunction application filed in above suit on consideration of the objections of the petitioner in accordance with the law most expeditiously, if possible, within a period of four months.
