The petitioner herein seeks for quashing of the First Information Report dated 03.06.2021 registered as Case Crime No.271 of 2021 under Sections 419, 420 I.P.C P.S-Robertsganj District-Sonbhadra.
From the perusal of the record, it appears that the First Information Report had been lodged on the basis of the result of the inquiry conducted under the orders of the District Magistrate, Sonbhadra.
A copy of the inquiry report is appended at page-'45' of the writ petition.
On a perusal of the report of inquiry and the allegations in the First Information Report, we do not find any good ground to quash the First Information Report. Moreover, any interference at this stage may impede the speedy investigation.
The writ petition is found devoid of merit and hence dismissed.
