The grievance of the petitioner is that he carried out certain construction work under the supervision of Respondent No.4, Additional Chief Officer, Zila Panchayat, Mau, however, even the admitted dues have not been paid to the petitioner till date.
Counsel for the petitioner submits that a direction may be issued to Respondent No.4 to, at least, make the payment of admitted dues.
Counsel for the State has no objection, if any direction is issued for payment of admitted dues.
Petition is disposed of, expecting Respondent No.4 to, at least, release the payment of admitted dues to the petitioner.
