Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State.
The instant anticipatory bail application has been filed with a prayer to grant an anticipatory bail to the applicant, Ashok Bharti, in Case Crime No.902 of 2019, under Section- 364 I.P.C., Police Station- Karwi Kotwali Nagar, District- Chitrakoot.
There is allegation of abduction of the thirty three years old man, son of the informant, against the four persons in the first information report. The abducted son of the informant has not been recovered till date. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that other accused persons have been granted protection by the Writ Court till submission of police report, but he was denied the relief and relegated to the Court for anticipatory bail. The order of Writ Court passed in the case of applicant has not been brought on record.
In view of above, it is not a fit case of grant of anticipatory bail. Accordingly, this application for anticipatory bail is rejected.
