It is admitted fact of the matter that the recovery notice dated 22.1.2020 had been issued pursuant to the arbitrators award which is subject matter of challenge in Writ petition no.58025 of 2017 pending before this Court.
In the said scenario, appropriate course of action for the petitioner is to file an amendment application in the said writ petition, as there is no interim order and seek stay of the recovery proceedings.
The present petition cannot be maintained, the same is accordingly, dismissed.
