2. This criminal revision under Section 397/401 Cr.P.C., has been filed aggrieved by judgment and order dated 20.2.1998 passed by Shri Devendra Kumar Jain, XIIth Addl. Sessions Judge, Ghaziabad in Criminal Appeal No. 32/97 dismissing the appeal of the revisionist and confirming the sentence and fine in Criminal Case No. 2019 of 1996, Police Station Kotwali, District Ghaziabad passed by IIIrd Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ghaziabad on 31.3.1997.
3. Having gone through the record, I do not find any manifest error or otherwise illegality, procedural or otherwise, so as to justify interference in criminal revision.
4. Dismissed. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
5. Certify this judgment to the lower Court immediately.
