The instant writ petition is directed against the order passed regarding the final decree prepared in pursuance of a preliminary decree in a suit for partition.
The Kuras was prepared by the Lekhpal in pursuance of the preliminary decree passed in the suit for partition. The Kuras prepared were objected to, by the petitioners which objected was rejected vide order dated 31.05.2017. The consequential first and second appeal have both been dismissed. Hence this writ petition.
The Board of Revenue while dismissing the second appeal has observed that the Lekhpal while preparing Kuras has carefully examined the kind of soil, the rates and valuation etc. of the land. It has also been observed that nothing has been submitted which would lead to the conclusion that Kuras had been wrongly prepared or that such preparation was inequitable.
I have examined grounds taken in the writ petition and do not find any ground which would convince this Court to interfere with the findings referred to above.
The petition therefore, is without merit and is dismissed.
