2. Learned advocate for the petitioner handed over an account payee cheque of Rs.75,000/- to learned advocate for the respondent-wife.
3. However, order dated 21.03.2012 granting status quo with regard to payment towards maintenance to wife is clarified to the extent that the petitioner-husband will be liable to pay the amount of Rs.6,000/- pm to wife and Rs.3,000/- pm to each of the children with effect from the date of application. If any arrears of maintenance, remains to be paid, the petitioner shall continue to pay such amount along with recurring monthly liability, as clarified above.
