JUDGMENT / ORDER

In Special Criminal Application No.381 of 2012, Mr. Hashmukh Patel, learned counsel appearing for respondent No.1, seeks time to file his appearance and point out the amount of arrears due from the petitioner-husband.

Hirday Buch, learned counsel for the petitioners appearing in both matters, submits that the petitioner-husband has already filed a statement and cleared the dues of arrears of the amount of maintenance, as ordered.

Status-quo with regard to payment of maintenance to the wife shall remain in operation.
