Taking note of the consistent and continuous absence of learned counsel for the opponent No.2, the Court was compelled to pass the order dated 25.2.2013.
It is informed that pursuant to the said order, the process is served to the respondent No.2.
Despite this, learned advocate for the opponent No.2 or the opponent No.2 are not attending hearing of present petition. Therefore, while adjourning hearing of the petition, today, with a view to giving last opportunity to the opponent No.2 / its learned counsel, with clarification that if on the next date of hearing, the opponent No.2 or its learned counsel or other representative does not remain present and does not attend the hearing, the Court will be compelled to pass appropriate orders after hearing learned advocate for the petitioner, S.O. to 9.10.2013.
