The petitioner has approached this Court with a prayer to direct the respondent to grant and issue temporary permit to the stage carriage bearing No.KL-37/364 on the route Nellithody - Perumanna - Kuttikattoor - Medical College, by considering Ext.P2 application, pending Ext.P1 regular permit application. 2. If no other person has applied for a temporary permit to operate a stage carriage in the route, there will be a direction to the respondent to issue a temporary permit of four months duration within three weeks from the date of production of a copy of this judgment by passing appropriate orders on Ext.P2. Needless to say, such issuance of temporary permit will WP(C).27398/14 2 be subject to the preferential claim, if any.
Writ petition is disposed of as above.
