JUDGMENT / ORDER

Learned counsel Mr.Zubin F. Bharda has stated that he has instruction to appear on behalf of the complainant.
Learned counsel for the applicant Mr.Majmudar seeks permission to withdraw this application. Permission is granted as prayed for. This application stands disposed of as withdrawn.
The applicant is at liberty to approach the Sessions Court, after filing of the charge-sheet and the Sessions Court shall decide it, on its own merits, in accordance with law and without being influenced by this order of withdrawal. Rule is discharged.
