Heard learned counsel for the applicant and Shri K.R. Singh, learned Addl. Chief Standing Counsel.
The petitioner is before this Court for initiating contempt proceedings against the respondent for wilful disobedience of the order dated 21.12.2018 passed in Writ Petition No.26829 of 2018 (Ashish Vyas v. State of U.P. & Ors.).
On the matter being taken up today, instructions dated 29.04.2019 have been filed by learned Addl. Chief Standing Counsel intimating that the aforesaid order has been complied with.
In view of above, nothing further survives on this petition and the same stands disposed of. Notices, if any, stand discharged. The instructions are taken on record and a copy thereof has been supplied to learned counsel for the applicant.
