ORDER BELOW NOTE FOR SPEAKING TO MINUTES
1. It is evident from order dated 09.04.2012 that due to inadvertence, in paragraph No.2, it is mentioned that the advertisement is already published in 'Times of India' Ahmedabad Edition on 06.04.2012.
2. Learned counsel appearing for the Official Liquidator has drawn attention of this Court to the fact that the advertisement is published on 04.04.2012.
3. Hence, relevant part of paragraph No.2 of the said order dated 09.04.2012 be read as "the advertisement is already published in 'Times of India' Ahmedabad Edition on 04.04.2012." (instead of 06.04.2012).
4. With the above observation, Note for Speaking to Minutes stands disposed of. The Registry is directed to carry out the correction in the order dated 09.04.2012.
5. Company Application No.408 of 2011 is adjourned to 18.06.2012.
