1. By an order dated 28.2.2012, this Court (Coram: K.M. Thaker, J.) had passed the following order:-
"Mr.
R.M.Desai, learned advocate for OL, has submitted that already a note has been filed to place the record of Company Application No.473/2008 alongwith present application, however, the said record is not made available by the registry, at the time of hearing of present application.
Therefore, office is directed to place complete record of Company Application No.473/2008 (which is already disposed of) at the time of hearing of present application.
So as to enable OL to file further report with regard to the aspects discussed during the hearing today, time until 2.3.2012 is granted. The affidavit/report of the details discussed during the hearing to be filed by OL on or before 2.3.2012.
Mr.
Desai, learned advocate for OL, has also submitted that OL will take steps to invite claims from secured creditors and the workers. Therefore, on the next date of hearing, OL shall also clarify the time-frame during which all steps to invite claims of secured creditors and workers will be completed.

2. As the aforesaid directions issued were not complied with on the next date of hearing i.e. on 5.3.2012, at the request of Mr. Desai, learned advocate for the Official Liquidator, the matter was kept on 9.3.2012.
3. Today Mr. Desai has tendered an affidavit in reply which indicates that the earlier order dated 28.2.2012 is not complied with. Mr. Desai submits that if some more time is granted, the directions issued by this Court in its order dated 28.2.2012 shall be complied with. To enable him to do so, as a last chance, S.O. to 9.4.2012.
